I had such a great time at this place! The atmosphere was so peaceful, and I loved how private everything was. There was no need to share any space with others, which made it perfect for some real relaxation. Breakfast was amazing – they served it to the villa, so I didn’t need to leave at all! There were also so many activities to do that I never got bored. I’m definitely planning to return at the end of the year.

My stay at this villa was absolutely fantastic! The place had everything I could ask for and we didnt leave the villa once! My family and I had a blast riding the ATVs , and the Thai massage at the villa was the perfect. If you're looking for a place to chill with some fun activities, this is it. 🩷💚🥰

"The accommodation was even better than we expected—just fantastic. As a vegan, I was so happy with the taste and the vegetarian dish were thoughtfully prepared. My husband ordered the shabu shabu set, and he couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. We’re really pleased with everything and will definitely be back."

I really like the accommodation. Every point is beautiful. It is a place to stay with very complete facilities. Meets every function of use. Every angle has been thought out and designed to take advantage of every part. Importantly, it is also a hotel that has separate zones between Pet Free and Pet Friendly. People like us who are allergic to fur can stay comfortably without worrying at all. In the evening, you don't have to go anywhere; food is served right at the accommodation. Very comfortable The most important thing that cannot be praised is the very good service staff. Provide assistance throughout your stay I'm very impressed.

It is a truly pet friendly hotel because dogs can run around and play freely. The school has things for dogs well prepared and very complete. There are even dog bath shop-style water repellents for people who bathe their dogs. Or even dishwashing liquid especially for dogs. Good service, attentive and very fast. Have privacy And gives a feeling of true relaxation because there is a butler to take care of you personally. Mr. San, the butler, takes good care of every detail. Impressed and will definitely go back.

AVOIDEDIT 7/3: The response by the owner rings particularly hollow. Regarding the “investigation” — I am surprised to hear this, since the person who called me repeated the same line as the GM who spoke to me at checkout. I suspect this is not true.Waiving the expenses at the hotel was too little, and too late, given that it was done more than 6 hours after we left the hotel. If the team at Te Mata was actually sorry, they would have comped these items immediately, rather than after reading this review and seeing their star rating drop.The dishonesty at this establishment seems to come from the top. I maintain my recommendation to avoid interacting with this property in any way.ORIGINAL:Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Unfortunately both members of our party were severely poisoned by the food served at this hotel. As we only ate food at the hotel during our stay, and no outside food, it is easy for us to pinpoint the source of the issue. The people in our party fell sick on 2 consecutive days, from different fully cooked meals at Te Mata.Management offered a weak apology, but nothing else. GM also lied to my face about a systemic issue with F&B at the hotel — obviously the kitchens at Te Mata should not be certified as safe.We will be reporting this to the authorities given the absolutely appalling response to the situation by management.Will not be staying here again, and will be recommending that others AVOID this “hotel”

A luxury experience with meticulously designed modern and spacious spaces at the Lakeside. It has two separate bedrooms and a living room. The best is it comes with a private pool with slide and a mini lake with a boat and a Kayak. The butler is courteous and very helpful. It will be the time of your life!

On 25-26/5/67, I took Nong Moo Ping out to stay for the first time to relax together. The accommodation was clean and beautiful. The reception of Nong Aon was very cute. The staff were very talkative and attentive to customers. Friendly...full score 100,,,percent. .New opportunity next time.

The experience is great as you are greeted by the birds chirping in the morning since the room is not sound proof. Facilities are great and the service experience is awesome. Location is a bit remote and you will need a car to get to it after some pot holes to navigate around.
