The first impression is the service of the staff. Everyone has a service mind and takes care and gives very good advice. When I saw the room, I was even more impressed because the room was very clean and beautiful. There is a chance that I will definitely come again.Restaurant recommendation staff Mountain Station has a 10% discount for customers staying here. I went to try it and it was delicious. Recommend staying here and go eat at this restaurant.

We stayed in July for our 5th anniversary.Dave the manager was exceptional, as with all his staff. They made our stay so memorable.Dave called me to ask me about my request before my arrival. He planned the anniversary surprise meticulously. Thanks for letting me score points with my partner!He also walked us through the facilities and what is good around the area. We visited a very quaint vineyard at his recommendation! We also caught a glimpse of the migrating bats at dusk.The staff were always readily available to send us to our room on the buggy just as we stepped off our transport from outside.The room. It was beautifully designed and very big. The individually controlled mattress was awesome. We enjoyed the patio and the back 'yard' very much. The outdoor jacuzzi was lovely. The bathroom was so huge. And the room smells wonderful.The compound was lovely and private. There was only 11 units (more under construction) so the pool wasn't crowded at all.There are 7-11, supermarkets and other shops just 2-5min walk from the resort, not that you need to get anything. Everything is available in the resort!Breakfast is served in the room and though it's not buffet style, it's more than enough to fuel us to start the day right.Dave is right, 2 nights is not enough! But it's truly relaxing and we were missing it as we checked out!We would definitely return to The Hidden Village in the near future and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!

The room are amazing with nice view ad huge private pool.But the service is poor and bo spa services, we were surprised that they are using normal milk scrub from the grocery and they asked us about lotion served in the rest room to do us the massage.The break fast is not delicious at all and the orange just wasn’t freshWe surprised also that the pool wasn’t clean and the previous guest staff were there

The Hidden Village Khao Yai is a great place to stay if you intend to tour the National Park. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well-appointed. Paying the extra for the private pool was worth it! The staff were very welcoming and attentive.

The resort provides me incredible experience both staff services and resort facilities. The room is spacious, well decorated, a snacks are free with be eligible to request more drinking water by free of charge. A staffs are very friendly, they gave me warm welcoming by special welcome drink with mini-chocolate, introduced resort details, and teach me scooter driving 🙂. I had a dinner at Khunkhao station which received extra 10% discount when the bill meets 1,00 baht. A staffs at restaurant know I came from the resort, Not someone but most of staffs in the restaurant. All of them took care of me and my wife impressively. This is the right decision of us to choose the resort in our trip at Khao-Yai.

I can't express in words how good this place is!!! First, the staff's are nice and willing to help whenever they can. Breakfast is also delivered to you in the morning and you can choose what you want ranging from waffles to pancakes to egg and bacon(i think..) and the list goes on. Second, which was something i had never seen before in a Chalet or Hotel is the Electrical Scooters which are provided for the guests to use, no extra cost whatsoever. Some rooms have their own pool and there is also the public pool. Sometimes from the pool, since it is near the Khao Yai national park, you can see a variety of animals from birds to sometimes even elephants! Rooms are quite clean and spacious. Location is great and again as i had mentioned earlier, is close to the Khao Yai national park. The only downside is that at night mosquitoes and bugs might start to come out and if you do not use Repellents, it is very easy for you to get insect bites.Overall, i would recommend going to this place if you like greenery and being close to nature.

Great quiet hotel next to the national park. We liked everything - caring staff, food, bungalow, jacuzzi, bungalow! 3 nights passed in peace and quiet, a feeling of unity with nature! The hotel is new, the photos correspond to reality and even in real life the bungalows are bigger! There is a swimming pool, golf course and mini garden on site. We were kindly provided with an electric scooter for riding around the territory, this is my first experience))! Thank you for the great service, we remember this vacation as one of the best! The hotel administrator was very kind to us!
