Air Fried Rib-Eye Steak

2 rib-eye steaks, cut 1 1/2- inch thick

½ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce

¼ cup olive oil

4 teaspoons grill seasoning (such as Montreal Steak Seasoning®)
Instructions
Place the steaks, soy sauce, olive oil, and seasonings into a large resealable bag. Seal and refrigerate to marinate for at least 2 hours.

Take the steaks out of the bag, discard the marinade, and gently blot off any excess oil.

Pour about 1 tablespoon of water into the bottom of the air fryer basket to prevent smoking. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Air fry the steaks for 7 minutes at 400°F, then flip and cook for another 7 minutes for a medium-rare result. For medium steaks, cook for 8 minutes on each side.

Allow the steaks to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
