All White Meat Meatloaf
Ingredients List
-
½ pound ground turkey
-
½ pound ground chicken breast
-
½ pound bulk pork sausage
-
1 egg, beaten
-
1 (4 ounce) packet crushed saltine crackers
-
½ cup sweet barbeque sauce
-
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
-
1 teaspoon hickory-flavored liquid smoke
-
2 teaspoons dried parsley
-
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
-
1 teaspoon onion powder
-
1 teaspoon garlic salt
-
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Glaze Ingredients
-
1 tablespoon brown sugar
-
2 tablespoons sweet barbeque sauce
-
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
Cooking Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
-
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chicken, sausage, and egg. Stir in the crushed saltine crackers, 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce, 1 tablespoon of mustard, liquid smoke, parsley, dried onion, onion powder, garlic salt, and seasoned salt. Mix everything together thoroughly and press into the prepared pan.
-
Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. While baking, mix brown sugar with the remaining 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce and 1 tablespoon of mustard to create a glaze. After 25 minutes, remove the meatloaf, brush it with the glaze, and return it to the oven. Continue baking until the center is no longer pink, about 25 more minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to check that it reads at least 165°F (75°C).
