Baked Chicken with Brie

Ingredients List
-
1 cup light beer or dry white wine
-
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
-
salt and black pepper to taste
-
1 teaspoon dried oregano, or to taste
-
8 ounces Brie cheese
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
-
Pour your choice of beer or wine into a baking dish large enough to accommodate the chicken. Season the chicken generously with salt, pepper, and oregano on both sides, then arrange it in the dish.
-
Bake the chicken for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the juices run clear. While the chicken is baking, slice the Brie (with the rind on) into 1/4-inch thick slices. Once the chicken is fully cooked, place the Brie slices over the top and return it to the oven for another 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Enjoy your Brie-topped chicken!
