Beef Gyro Wrap
Ingredients List

2 (8 ounce) containers plain yogurt

2 cucumbers - peeled, seeded, and diced

3 tablespoons olive oil, divided

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

½ lemon, juiced

3 cloves garlic, peeled

salt and ground black pepper to taste

1 (1 pound) beef top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips

5 pita bread rounds

1 tomato, chopped

½ small onion, thinly sliced

1 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese

½ cup shredded lettuce

1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
Cooking Instructions

In a blender, combine yogurt, cucumbers, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until the tzatziki sauce is smooth and well-mixed.

Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the steak and cook, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and no longer pink, about 5 to 10 minutes.

To assemble the gyros, place half of each pita with the cooked steak, sliced tomato, onion, crumbled feta, lettuce, olives, and a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce. Fold the edges of the pita over the filling and secure with a toothpick.
