Candied Pecan Sweet Potatoes

1 cup packed brown sugar

½ cup all-purpose flour

¼ pound unsalted butter
Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2-quart casserole dish with butter.

In a bowl, mix together sweet potatoes, eggs, sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract, then pour the mixture into the prepared dish.

In a separate bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, flour, and butter until the mixture becomes crumbly. Sprinkle this topping evenly over the sweet potatoes.
