Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad Delight

1 (16 ounce) box mini penne pasta

1 ½ pounds chopped cooked chicken

½ cup diced green bell pepper

⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

⅓ cup chopped red onion

2 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped

½ (8 ounce) bottle creamy Caesar salad dressing, or to taste
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 7 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Transfer the pasta to a large mixing bowl. Add cooked chicken, chopped bell peppers, Parmesan cheese, onions, and hard-boiled eggs. Pour in Caesar dressing and toss everything together. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld and chill.
