Cooking Instructions

Begin by rinsing and drying the chicken wings. In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, soy sauce, rice wine, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Add the chicken wings to the mixture and toss to coat them evenly.

Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken wings along with the sauce and a splash of water. Cover the pan and cook, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked through and no longer pink, about 15 minutes. Remove the lid and continue to cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken to your desired consistency.
