2 cups bean sprouts

1 lemon, cut into wedges
Cooking Instructions
Prepare all necessary ingredients before you begin cooking.

Soak rice noodles in cold water for 30 to 50 minutes until they soften. Drain and set aside for later use.
In a wok, melt butter and cook the chicken until browned. Remove the chicken and set it aside for now.

Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Crack the eggs into the hot oil and cook until fully set. Add the chicken and sauté for about 5 minutes.
