Crispy Air Fried Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients Needed

1 teaspoon avocado oil

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

10 ounces Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

2 teaspoons crumbled cooked bacon (Optional)
Cooking Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix together oil, salt, and pepper. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Transfer the coated sprouts to the air fryer basket.

Air fry for 5 minutes, then shake the basket and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

Remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and place in a serving dish. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss to coat. Top with crumbled bacon.
