In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until fully combined. Rinse the pork chops under water, then coat them with cracker crumbs. Dip the chops into the egg mixture, then back into the crumbs, ensuring a thick coating.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the pork chops until they are golden and crispy on both sides. Add just enough water to the pan to almost cover the chops. Dissolve the chicken bouillon cube in the water. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until the chops have absorbed most of the water, about 15 to 20 minutes.

For deep-frying, skip the water and bouillon cube. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry the coated pork chops for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper immediately. The result is juicy, flavorful chops that are simply delicious.
