Crispy Lemon-Panko Salmon Fillets

6 tablespoons panko bread crumbs

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

½ teaspoon dried thyme

½ teaspoon dried parsley

⅛ teaspoon granulated garlic

⅛ teaspoon lemon zest

2 (4 ounce) salmon fillets

1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

In a bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, lemon-pepper seasoning, thyme, parsley, garlic, and lemon zest.

Arrange the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and top with the panko mixture.

Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
