½ (8 ounce) package shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine bell peppers, green onions, eggs, cooked bacon, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the Cheddar cheese and whisk everything together. Evenly pour the mixture into the muffin cups.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the muffins cool slightly before serving.
