6 (3/4 inch) thick bone-in pork chops

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon dried dill weed
Instructions

Heat a skillet on medium. Coat one side of each pork chop with 1/2 teaspoon of honey, then sprinkle a pinch of dill on top.

Place the pork chops honey-side down into the skillet. Spread the remaining honey and dill on the top side. Cook for 5 minutes per side or until golden and cooked to your preferred doneness.
