Instructions

Mix paprika, salt, sugar, chili powder, chipotle powder, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin in a small bowl until fully combined. Rub the seasoning blend generously over the flat iron steaks, then wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Let them marinate in the fridge for 2 to 8 hours (longer marination will enhance flavor).
