Garlic Butter Scallops

Ingredients Needed
-
¼ cup butter
-
2 cloves crushed garlic
-
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
-
1 pound scallops
Cooking Instructions
-
In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add crushed garlic and fresh rosemary sprigs to infuse the butter with flavor.
-
Place the scallops in the pan and sear until they form a golden crust on one side, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip the scallops and continue cooking until they are firm and opaque, about another 1 to 2 minutes.
-
Remove the garlic and rosemary from the pan before serving to keep the flavors balanced.
