½ pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions

Heat butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions, celery, and garlic powder; cook until the onions are soft. Pour in the broth, then stir in the potatoes and carrots. Season with salt, pepper, and dill. Bring the mixture to a boil, lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add in the flaked salmon, creamed corn, evaporated milk, and shredded cheese. Stir until well combined and heated through.
