Cooking Instructions

Flatten the chicken to about 1/2 inch thick. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine garlic, ginger, oil, and lime juice. Seal the bag and shake until well-mixed. Add the chicken to the bag, seal again, and refrigerate to marinate for no longer than 20 minutes.

Take the chicken out of the bag and grill or broil, basting with the marinade, until fully cooked and juices run clear. Discard any leftover marinade.
