Instructions

Heat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Pour in chicken broth, then add quinoa and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and let simmer until the liquid is absorbed, around 15 minutes.
