1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 green onion, chopped

1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Fry ginger in the hot oil until aromatic, then add the pork along with soy sauces, salt, and sugar. Stir occasionally and cook for 10 minutes.

Add sesame oil, green onions, and rice wine. Let it simmer until the pork becomes tender.
