Glasser's Greek-Style Marlin

Ingredients Needed

½ cup butter, divided

2 teaspoons minced garlic, divided

3 tomatoes, cubed

4 ounces fresh basil, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 (6 ounce) swordfish steaks
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of butter with 1 teaspoon of garlic over medium-low heat. Add the tomatoes, basil, and lime juice. Before it starts to boil, lower the heat to a simmer.

In a separate small pot, melt the remaining butter and stir in the remaining garlic.

Arrange the marlin steaks in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.

Place the dish in the oven and bake for 7 minutes. Flip the fish and bake for another 7 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Spoon the tomato mixture over the baked fish and drizzle with the pan juices before serving.
