Greek-Inspired Garlic Chicken Breasts

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 medium lemon, juiced

2 teaspoons crushed garlic

1 ½ teaspoons black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

⅓ teaspoon paprika
Cooking Instructions

Score three slits into each chicken breast to allow the marinade to soak in. Place the chicken into a large mixing bowl.

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, salt, and paprika for about 30 seconds. Pour the mixture over the chicken and massage it into the meat. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight.

Preheat your grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grill grates.

Grill the chicken on the preheated grill for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear. An instant-read thermometer should show at least 165°F (74°C) in the center.
