1 large red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces

Cooking Instructions

Preheat your grill to a high temperature and lightly oil the cooking grate.

Alternate threading chicken, green bell peppers, onions, and red bell peppers onto skewers.

Grill the skewers, turning them and basting with barbecue sauce, until the chicken is fully cooked and juices run clear, about 15 minutes. Check the internal temperature, which should reach at least 165°F (74°C).
