Grilled Dijon Pork Chops

Ingredients List
-
6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
-
6 tablespoons brown sugar
-
3 tablespoons unsweetened apple juice
-
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
-
4 (8 ounce) bone-in pork loin chops
Instructions
-
In a bowl, combine mustard, brown sugar, apple juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the marinade is smooth. Pour about two-thirds of the marinade into a large resealable bag. Add pork chops, ensuring they are fully coated, then squeeze out excess air and seal. Let marinate in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight. Keep the remaining marinade covered in the fridge for later use.
-
Take the pork chops out of the marinade and discard the bag and any leftover marinade.
-
Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates.
-
Grill the pork chops for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, basting with the reserved marinade. The pork chops should no longer be pink inside, and an instant-read thermometer should register 145°F (63°C) at the center. Let the chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
