Quick One-Pot Ground Beef Stroganoff

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 ¾ cups milk

1 ¼ cups beef stock

1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart as it browns, for 5 to 7 minutes; drain any excess fat.

In a small bowl, mix together cornstarch, salt, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Add the cornstarch mixture, milk, beef broth, and egg noodles to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then cover, reduce the heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally until the noodles are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and Parmesan cheese until fully combined.
