Heat the grill to a high temperature and lightly grease the grate.
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice with olive oil. Gradually whisk in salt, paprika, white pepper, and garlic powder until smooth and fully blended.

Use a sharp knife to cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise, then coat the flesh with some of the prepared marinade.
