Instructions

Combine garlic, basil, and pepper in a small bowl, then rub the mixture onto the turkey breasts. Insert one clove into each end and one in the center of each turkey breast.

In a large shallow dish, mix together oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and brown sugar. Add the turkey to the dish, turning it to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to marinate.

Discard the marinade and place the turkey on the preheated grill. Close the lid and cook, turning occasionally, until the turkey is fully cooked and the juices run clear, about 15 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer should read at least 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the turkey.
