Transfer half of the marinade into a large resealable bag, add the pork chops, and ensure they are coated. Remove excess air and seal the bag. Refrigerate and marinate for 4 to 8 hours, turning the bag occasionally. Keep the remaining marinade in the bowl in the fridge.

Preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grill grate.
Take the pork chops out of the marinade and shake off any excess. Discard the marinade from the bag. Grill the chops on the preheated grill, brushing with some of the reserved marinade. Cook until the meat is browned, no longer pink inside, and has nice grill marks, about 8 to 10 minutes per side. A meat thermometer should read 145°F (63°C) when inserted into the thickest part of the chop.

Transfer the remaining marinade to a saucepan and heat over medium. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until it thickens slightly. Serve the sauce alongside the grilled chops.

Cooking Tips
You can substitute Worcestershire sauce with teriyaki sauce for a delicious twist.
Thick pork chops can be sliced into kabob-sized pieces and marinated in the fridge for around 2 hours. Thread the pieces onto skewers with your choice of vegetables. Grill over medium heat, turning and basting as needed, until cooked through.
