Grilled Teriyaki Skirt Steak

Ingredients List
-
2 pounds beef skirt steak
-
2 cups teriyaki sauce
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
-
Slice skirt steak into individual strips.
-
In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce and minced garlic. Transfer the mixture into a resealable plastic bag, then add the steak strips. Seal the bag, removing excess air, and refrigerate overnight to marinate.
-
Preheat the broiler with an oven rack positioned about 6 inches from the heat source OR preheat your outdoor grill and lightly oil the grill grate.
-
Take the steak strips out of the marinade, shaking off any excess liquid. Discard the leftover marinade.
-
Place the steak on the broiler pan or directly on the grill. Cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until the desired level of doneness is reached.
