Cooking Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, lamb, onion, garlic, and breadcrumbs. Add savory, allspice, coriander, salt, pepper, and cumin for seasoning. Mix and knead until the mixture becomes firm. Form into 4 thin patties, about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
Grill the patties for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.
