Herb-Infused Chicken Nuggets

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes

½ cup dried bread crumbs, seasoned

½ cup wheat germ

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Remove any excess fat from the chicken and cut it into 1-inch cubes.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with water and add the chicken pieces.
Mix together parsley, thyme, red pepper, breadcrumbs, wheat germ, basil, and pepper. Add the oil and stir with a fork to combine. Pour the seasoning mixture into a resealable plastic bag, add the chicken, and toss to coat evenly.
Arrange the coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10 minutes, then flip the pieces and bake for another 5 minutes.
