Herb-Infused Italian Rib Eye

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary

1 tablespoon kosher salt

½ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon white pepper

3 (10 ounce) boneless beef ribeye steaks, cut 1 inch thick
Cooking Instructions

Combine garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, rosemary, and salt in a mortar or small bowl, mashing into a rough paste. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and white pepper, mixing until well combined. Transfer half of the mixture to a separate bowl and set aside. Spread the remaining herb paste evenly over the steaks and allow them to marinate for 1 hour.

Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly grease the grill grate.

Place steaks on the grill and cook for 7 minutes. Flip them over and brush with the reserved herb mixture. Continue grilling for another 7 minutes, or until steaks reach your preferred level of doneness.
