Honey-Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Ingredients List
-
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
-
¼ cup olive oil
-
¼ cup honey
-
½ teaspoon dried thyme
-
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
-
2 pounds bone-in chicken thighs, or more to taste
-
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, thyme, and rosemary, whisking until the mixture is smooth. Transfer the marinade into a resealable plastic bag.
Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper. Place them into the balsamic marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Remove excess air from the bag, seal it, and refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours to marinate.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Transfer the marinated chicken along with the marinade into a baking dish.
Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until the meat is no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), inserting it near, but not touching, the bone.
