Honey-Glazed Mustard Chicken Thighs

8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, honey, soy sauce, tarragon, and ginger.

Place the chicken thighs into the bowl and toss them until fully coated with the marinade.

Transfer the marinated chicken to a baking dish and drizzle the sauce over the thighs.
