Perfectly Juicy Steak

Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter

1 (1/2 pound) frozen Delmonico (rib-eye) steak

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, or to taste

1 teaspoon meat tenderizer

1 clove garlic, minced

salt and black pepper to taste
Directions

Preheat your oven's broiler.

Spread half of the butter on the top side of the frozen steak. Sprinkle with half of the Worcestershire sauce, meat tenderizer, garlic, salt, and pepper. Place the steak on a roasting pan.

Broil in the preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove the steak, flip it, and spread the remaining butter, Worcestershire sauce, meat tenderizer, garlic, salt, and pepper on top.

Return the steak to the broiler and cook for another 6 to 8 minutes, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
