Cooking Instructions

Place the pork chops in a multi-functional pressure cooker (like the Instant Pot). Add butter on top of the chops and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Pour in apple juice. Close the lid securely, then set the cooker to high pressure as per the manufacturer's instructions. Set the timer for 5 minutes and allow 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build up.

Once the cooking time is up, release the pressure using the natural-release method as per the manufacturer's guidelines, which can take anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes.
