Preheat your grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper, then grill for 5 to 8 minutes on each side, until the chops are golden brown, with visible grill marks, and no longer pink inside. Check doneness with an instant-read thermometer; it should read at least 145°F (63°C).
