Kids' Favorite Mini Meatloaf

½ cup ketchup

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1 ½ teaspoons onion powder

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg

1 tablespoon milk

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

1 ½ cups crispy wheat cereal squares

1 ½ pounds ground beef
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard, and stir until well blended. Set aside 4 tablespoons of this mixture for later use as a topping for the loaves. To the remaining mixture, add Worcestershire sauce, salt, onion, garlic, egg, milk, and black pepper, and mix everything together thoroughly.

Add the wheat cereal squares to the mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes. Afterward, break up the cereal squares and mix in the ground beef. Shape the mixture into individual loaves using mini loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 65 minutes. Brush the reserved ketchup mixture on top of the loaves and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
