Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Heat a skillet on medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Transfer the chops to a casserole dish.

In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, water, onion, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper, ensuring the chili powder dissolves. Pour the mixture over the pork chops.
