1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Step-by-Step Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix the sausage, beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper, and garlic powder together until fully combined.

Shape the meat mixture into an 8-inch by 8-inch square. Spread half of the soup over the top of the meatloaf, then roll it up and seal the edges. Place the rolled meatloaf into a loaf pan.

Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Add the remaining soup over the top and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
