Pasta with Eggs

Ingredients Needed
-
4 ounces spaghetti other strand pasta
-
2 tablespoons butter
-
2 large eggs
-
2 teaspoons garlic powder
-
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
-
1 tablespoon minced onion
-
1 tablespoon dried rosemary (Optional)
-
grated parmesan cheese, to taste (Optional)
Instructions
-
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain the water.
-
In the meantime, melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Fry the eggs sunny-side up, cooking until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny and intact. Sprinkle with garlic powder, black pepper, chopped onion, and rosemary while cooking.
-
Place the cooked pasta into a deep bowl or plate, then top with the sunny-side-up eggs. Stir gently, allowing the eggs to finish cooking and the yolks to mix into a creamy sauce. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
