Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place pork chops in a roasting pan. Surround the chops with potatoes, onions, and carrots. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the ingredients, then season with salt and black pepper. Pour beef broth over everything in the pan.

Cover the pan and bake in the preheated oven until the pork chops are fully cooked, approximately 1 hour. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the center reaches 145°F (63°C).
Cooking Tip
For a crispier finish, place the dish under the broiler for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
