2 (6.5 ounce) cans minced clams, with juice

¼ cup clam juice

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions

Boil linguine in a large pot of salted water until tender but firm to the bite.

While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil and garlic in a medium saucepan over medium heat until fragrant. Add chopped clams, clam juice, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
