Rosemary-Infused Turkey Meatloaf

1 ½ pounds ground turkey

2 cups dry bread crumbs

1 onion, chopped

1 egg, beaten

1 cup milk

½ cup balsamic vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary

1 cup canned tomato sauce

¾ cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, and milk. Season with balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan. In a separate bowl, mix together tomato sauce, brown sugar, and mustard; pour this sauce over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the juices run clear when tested with a knife.
