Round Steak with Gravy II
Ingredients

1 ½ pounds thin cut round steak

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup

1 (10.75 ounce) can water
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

Trim excess fat from the steak and slice into portions as desired.

In a roasting pan, sear each side of the steak over medium-high heat for about 1 minute. Remove from heat once browned.

Combine cream of mushroom soup, French onion soup, and water in the pan. Place in the oven and bake for 2 1/2 hours.
