1 clove garlic, crushed

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

Arrange the chicken pieces in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Drizzle with oil and stock, then sprinkle with garlic. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper, and top with cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.

Drizzle with vinegar before serving.
