2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed golden mushroom soup
Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rinse the pork chops, pat them dry, and season with seasoned salt and pepper. Arrange them in a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a small bowl, mix together the onions, mushrooms, and soup. Stir well and spoon the mixture over the chops.
Cover the dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes. Then, uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes. (Note: Adjust time based on chop thickness.) The pork chops are ready when their internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
