1 ½ pounds flank steak, pounded thin for easy rolling

Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine stuffing mix, water, and butter. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes. Spoon the stuffing mixture onto the steak, leaving a 1-inch border, and sprinkle with green onions and red bell pepper.

Roll the steak tightly from the longer side, securing it with wooden toothpicks. Place the rolled steak seam-side down in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together gravy, wine, garlic, and cheese, then pour the mixture over the steak.

Roast the steak in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for medium doneness. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with the sauce from the baking dish.
Cooking Tip
If you're short on time, the stuffed steak can be prepared in the microwave. Simply cover it and cook on medium power in a microwave-safe dish for 30 minutes, rotating halfway through for even cooking.
