4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks

Instructions
Collect all the necessary ingredients.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin, and honey.

Pour half of the sauce into a small bowl, mix in rice wine vinegar, and set it aside to use as a dipping sauce.

Place sesame seeds on a plate. Coat the tuna steaks with the remaining soy sauce mixture, then press them into the sesame seeds to fully coat.

Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over high heat until it's very hot. Add the tuna steaks to the pan and sear each side for about 30 seconds.
